Beautifully crafted, unique and contemporary neckwear made in England. Sarah Beresford blends classic style with a quirky twist and to keep the ties exclusive and unique she only small creates very small runs of each design. Using the finest silk, the silk is woven in Suffolk in one of the few remaining British silk mills. Each tie is individually embroidered combining silk, organza and velvet and then to finish, wool interlined and silk tipped to create a timeless and original tie or bow tie.
Each tie is beautifully crafted using traditional methods. The silk is woven in Suffolk, in one of the oldest silk mills in England, renowned for creating beautiful and luxurious silks. The ties are then embroidered in Sarah’s Oxfordshire studio using free-motion embroidery and appliqué techniques.
Sarah Beresford, Designer, said “The groom’s outfit should be equally as discerning as the brides. It’s the small details like the groom’s accessories that can set his look apart. I strive to create ties and bow ties that stand out for their design but also have a twist and a ‘Made in England’ pedigree’.
To keep her ties exclusive, Sarah only creates very small runs of each design, creating a unique and special keepsake for the groom and his groomsmen. However, should the groom prefer a more bespoke approach couples are welcome to get in touch “I have a number of different silks in stock and I’m more than happy to post samples to brides and grooms. I can also tailor the ties to complement colour themes or for a very personal touch, I can embroider a wedding date on the reverse”.
