Fans to keep cool this Jubilee

The latest best-selling ultra-quiet cooling fans from air treatment specialist Meaco, will help keep the temperature down as we celebrate the Jubilee.

As families and neighbourhoods gather together to celebrate the Jubilee, parties will be celebrated across the length and breadth of the country over a number of days. As the party heats up, Meaco has the solution to cooling down. A selection of award winning fans, which can be used in doors and outside, to help keep the temperature down and help keep everyone healthy.

Whether we have a heat wave or the usual English summer wash out weather, a fan helps to create a more pleasant environment when people meet in large groups. Meaco has five award winning fans which proved to be best sellers in the hot summer of 2020. Meaco’s cordless 260C fan will be of particular use as most parties are likely to be held outdoors and this fan will run for 14 hours on a single charge. It can then be easily recharged via a USB plugged into a laptop, wall socket or any charging point. As well as cooling a room, all the fans will keep the air moving, important in a time when we still have to be COVID aware. Importantly, there is no need to worry about energy costs as their advanced DC technology means low energy usage.

Designed to suit all room sizes, the DC technology also ensures low noise levels, useful as the weather heats up to help sleep, study and work. Four of its five fans have already achieved the prestigious Quiet Mark accreditation in recognition of low noise levels.

MeacoFan 1056 and MeacoFan 1056 P (pedestal version)

Largest of the Meaco fans, with twelve fan speeds capable of cooling the largest of rooms.

The multi-directional oscillation ensures that cool air circulates throughout the whole room by bouncing the air off walls and ceilings, so that every part of the room and everyone in the room feels the benefits. An ECO mode automatically changes the fan speed as the room temperature changes, providing a simple, one touch control. Quiet Mark accreditation due to the low energy DC fan motor ensuring ultra-low noise.

A pedestal version was developed and built following customer demand. According to Chris Michael, MD of Meaco “customers were looking for a floor fan, as they had no spare furniture space to place the current 1056 model on.  They can now use their floor space, and also have the fan above the height of objects that might otherwise have obstructed the airflow.

First battery powered cordless fan from Meaco making it the most versatile fan to-date, offering a massive range of possibilities and cooling exactly where you need it, including outdoors.

Also with low noise levels its DC technology ensures it is super quiet.

Weighs less than half a bag of sugar, and a rechargeable lithium battery via a standard USB Micro C port.

One tip to get to the most out of your fan, is to open two windows, and place a MeacoFan so that it is blowing the air out of one of the windows. This sucks the hot air out of the room, while cooler fresh air comes in from the other window resulting in a significant drop in temperature in a very short time.

In addition to the Jubilee celebrations, many sporting events are scheduled to take place this year, so your fan will be put to good use!
